2009 Rental Agreement

Rental Agreement ~~~~ “Member” ~~~~ Fellowship Hall

I, ___________a member in good standing at the Home Missionary Baptist Church, agree to rent the hall from the Home Missionary Baptist Church for the sum of:
Rental fee of: $75.00 // Seventy five dollars and no cents. {Non refundable}
Deposit of: $50.00 // Fifty dollars {Refundable within 1 week of rental date}

I (we), agree to abide by the rules set forth by the Board of Trustees of the Home
Missionary Baptist Church:
1. There will be NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES of any form.
2. There will be NO SMOKING inside or out.
3. NO LOUD OR INAPPROPRIATE MUSIC.
4. Hours of Hall Rental 9:00 am to 10:30 pm.
5. No Sound System will be provided with the Hall.
6. If it becomes necessary to cancel your reservation for any reason, a 72 hour notice
must be given in order to receive a full refund., last minute emergencies will be reviewed
by the Board to grant the refund.
7. Decorations are allowed but, No Nails, Staples or Screws are permitted to secure the
decorations.
8. A key will be obtained by the Hall Manager and returned to the manager .
If you decide not to clean the Hall you will pay $50.00 to the manager for cleaning.

Rental fee: $75.00
Optional Cleaning fee: $50.00 by choice
Deposit: $50.00 refunded within 1 week of rented date.
Rental Date: ­­­ October 10, 2009 (Birthday Party)
You will lose the deposit fee of $50.00 for cleaning if not left as by the rules or if you opt not to clean.
